Qualifications Include:

12+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.

Recognized expertise in designing and scaling mission-critical, enterprise systems across hybrid cloud + edge environments.

Experience integrating AI/ML models into production workflows, ideally with experience in MLOps pipelines(SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLFlow).

Deep knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy frameworks relevant to healthcare.

Ability to influence product direction, drive architectural decisions, and mentor senior/staff engineers.

Previous contributions to regulatory submissions or clinical-grade software are a plus.

Experienced working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) or adjacent industries like fintech, healthtech, or aerospace.

Requirements For The Position Are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus for Principal).

Ability to travel occasionally across LATAM and U.S. for key program milestones.

Willingness to work in a fast-moving, confidential innovation program where adaptability and discretion are critical.
