How we work
ALCON DTS has maintained a continuous presence in Central Texas since 2001. Our clients stay with us for the long term, with the ALCON DTS expert team behind them.
We first establish how the office, clinic, or facility actually functions. Where complete operational responsibility is required, we assume that role. Where a member of staff already understands the business, that individual remains in place; our function is to add capacity, not to displace existing knowledge.
Personnel have our team of experts behind them. We coordinate accounts, access, and devices for new employees with your team. When an issue needs hands-on attention, our local team is ready to help on site.
